The world seemed to have left me alone
Regardless of my pleas
it turned away
and left me in this world of darkness
that bit of light getting further and further
this world so familiar
and yet so distant
the cold and bitterness
left me shivering in the dark
the warmth of the sun
already long gone
and i realized
that the world i once lived in
was just an ILLUSION
and nothing more
The high hopes i have
came crashing down on me
making me hard to breathe
then a voice came behind me
telling me to brace myself
to continue on
with this long stretch of road.
For who would know
what my future holds?
At that point of time
i really felt as if someone was there for me
that he/she would be with me
till the end
watching over me
guiding me through all difficulties
showing me the right way
showering me with the love i want
even in this bitter world
i begun to feel the warmth
that is radiating from you
th smile on your face
as that a father would smile at his own child
my hopes rose again
and i will put on a smile whenever you are there
Cuz i know
you would always be there
looking down from above
answering my prayers...
and just let me say...
to love the heavenly father forever
for he was ALWAYS there for us
prayers and praises to him
for he is the almighty god:]
