heh got back LA paper today.
quite okay lah.
our class standard quite low=x
only got 2 A1 i think rawr:/
and geog havent come back yet!!! have to wait for tmr._.

watched th 800m heats today:D
all i can say is pro. everyone so pro can.
heh i am dang nervous for 400m this fri argh=x
i think i will faint at th starting line even before they sound th horn. xD

training today sounds like its suppose to be slack.
but it turns out to be tiring rawr.
i cant imagine what would happen if we change back to full swing interval trngs:/
