went back for my first training today after 1 week.
go into th school then realise school canteen was like BARE alr.
no more tables,benches,piano. practically empty and dusty LOL.
heard that today was the last training we are having in malan campus, aft tht train outside alr.
oh man, i am gonna miss malan campus ):
anyway today leg was damn bad during trng.
was practically dragging my right leg along as i run /:
but at least i finished th interval trng for today, at least not tht bad yet phew.
aft trng valen,sici,venus,yn and zann kinda stayed back to help me massage my leg.
LOL FIVE PEOPLE.
then it was sometimes painful, but more of damn itchy can.
i couldn't stop laughing HAHAHA.
but still thanks alot people (L) (:
hope my leg srsly recover soon,
cuz limping even when i am walking is damn xinku omg ><
and i couldn't go and play tennis because of it roar.
cause something just dont add up right.

whoo i'm back from malaysia ^^
after six days of non-stop eating, i dont even dare to go stand on th
weighing machine now HAHA.
only scared cannot run alr then die .__.
these days has been eating, shopping, sightsee-ing and playing with cousins damn fun :D
but also missed quite alot trainings lah.
so now have to focus on trngs alr.
but my right leg is still hurting like shit ):
sian lah i want to improve one leh damn it.
hope it recovers soon >(
oh. and now tht i've come back, when's th next mrc outing (:
beijing ppl quickly come back leh roar.

VERTICAL MARATHON '09 :D
woke up damn early today, supposed to meet 6.45 at swissotel at city hall T.T
my right leg was still aching and damn pain during warm up roar.
anyway, during the 73 storeys climb, it was damn tiring.
but when i reached the 73rd storey and reached the rooftop, there was this sense of accomplishment ^^
cuz i have climbed the tallest hotel in the whole of asia MUAHAHA :D
oh and the rooftop view from th hotel was veh veh veh beautiful omg.
you can practically see all the buildings around tht area.
and the s'pore flyer looks damn small from the roof siah. and th wind was cold hee :D
got sixth in th end i think. yuning,sharyl and valen got th top three prizes woo ^^
anyway,
going msia tonight and will be coming back next sat morning most probably.
so bye everyone x)

woo airport day with mrc ytd was (L) :D
even though my legs were breaking, stupid shin still hurting from trngs ):
anyway, kiwi was late as usual.
so kc and i wanted to paste this paper w th word 'idiot' on it.
but th operation failed HAHA.
in th end we reached changi airport at 2 plus.
and it was raining.coolio ^^
i think we were th only ones thr walking arnd for
fun while th other people carry luggages bla bla.
sadly to say, we were all really just 4 suakus trying to act like
we have a flight to catch LOL xD
kiwi's target for ytd was to take more than 100 photos, i think we really did exceed it heh.
and we took th skytrain for dont know how many times siah.
one terminal go to another terminal haha!
aft quite LONG of walking around, we settled down at
terminal 3 then viewing area thr.
since it's raining so cant rly see th planes outside ):
but we had a fruitful time camwhoring :P
th most epic one was when kiwi and irene banged each other on th head,
and th camera took tht shot HAHAHA.
dinnered at xin wang hk cafe,
was fighting with th pork chop i was eating cuz it refused to be cut by my knife -.-
mrt-ed home aft tht, more camwhoring on mrt :D
reached home at 9 plus dead tired T.T legs alr suan like mad liao.

woo i like th weather so cooling!
even though everytime during trng it's like th opposite T.T
been going people's houses with some carrots aft trngs this week haha!
zann's and yuning's. and then we always seem to mess up their house heh xD
anyway, woke up today finally can rest at home!
been fb-ing since morning. fb has become a part of my life oh god die -.-
but at home really damn bored roar.
anyway smth i feel proud about, i finally started on holiday homework! :D
and i did maths first.
then realise i am stuck like mad. as usual HAHA.
maybe i shud go back to slacking heh.
my leg damn pain now, dont know how i am supposed to run tmr ):<

roar i dont know what to do now ):
been doing alot of thinking these days, and i cant help but want to give up.
everyth's crashing on me now i feel like dying.
there're so many things i wanna achieve but i dint and cant.
sometimes i stopped and tell myself that it's too tough
i cant do it anymore
it's th pain and th toughness thats breaking me ):
i know i should not give up. and i will not give up.
but times when everyth starts bottling within me, i feel like exploding.
i am tired of putting up that stupid happy self when i am not.
i am tired of acting strong when i am not.
damn tired hai.
on a lighter note, airport day tmr! i need some distractions.

training was ): today roar.
anyway went yc's house aft tht with kelly and bobo.
her house really veh veh 'neat' :P
one big fish tank also only got one tiny fish inside HAHA.
supposedly we go her house take kelly's thumbdrive only,
but in th end stayed there and watched 200 pounds of beauty xD
quite funny lah LOL.
oh. and first day of work at mac was tiring /:
hope they will hire us!

fun day today :D
went science centre a bunch of rvians heh.
every class prc supposed to bring 2-3 ppl go with them.
went with qingying and bobo heh.
at first was some lecture about human system blah blah.
then walked around th exhibitions.
saw plastination of human bodies siah, show all th muscles and blood vessels and bones.
quite cool seh :D plus got see diff stages of foetus oso. REAL ones tsk. those poor babies /:
played awhile in th sci centre aft tht.
qingying's reaction can be damn cute sometimes siah xD
ate at mac!
makes me nervous bout starting work on fri roar /:
later get fired on th first day how ._.
and someone's jealous of taylor lautner in my phone siah ^^
